Returns & Refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered.

Please review product details carefully before making a purchase.

Refunds will only be considered if the wrong product is delivered or the product arrives damaged.

Motor & Battery Replacement Warranty
We provide a 6-Month Replacement Guarantee on the Motor and Battery from the date of delivery.

If the Motor or Battery develops a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement free of charge.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, water damage, unauthorized modifications, improper charging, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty Claim Process
Contact our support team with your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.

After verification, a replacement Motor or Battery will be arranged as per warranty terms.
